Room 12 – The Courtyard is a comfortable room for two, with the flexibility of a super-king bed or twin beds. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, together with WiFi internet access and a flat-screen TV.
A few steps from the pub, minutes from the village
One of the pleasures of staying in the Courtyard is its location. You really are only a few yards from the main pub, so you can enjoy dinner, a local “Hook Norton” ale and have a relaxing evening at The King’s Head before heading back to your room when you are ready.
Step outside, though, and Bledington village is waiting to be explored.
Within two or three minutes you can walk across the quaint bridge and over the stream maybe spot a few of our Bledington ducks, before finding yourself amongst the old stone buildings and quiet lanes of this beautiful Cotswold village. It is a short stroll, but feels like a world away from the pub.
For those who enjoy exploring and wandering on foot, St Leonard’s Church is around a five-minute walk from the inn. With its Norman origins dating back to the 12th century, the church is one of Bledington’s particularly scenic historic buildings and well worth a look while you are in the village.
