The Bledington Music Festival is an annual music event which takes place over three summer evenings in June and features top class performers from all over the world.

Each summer, an increasing number of music lovers make their way to St Leonard’s Church, Bledington, a little village in the heart of the Cotswolds just 10 minutes from Stow-On-the-Wold and 40 minutes from Oxford. There are so many lovely places nearby, it’s worth staying a few days for a relaxing mini break.

Tuesday 4th June
The Cann Twins – International duo pianists
They will be joined by Bledington School Choir for two songs

Wednesday 5th June
Pavão String Quartet
Kerenza Peacock- violin . Jenny Sacha- violin . Natalia Gomes – viola . Bryony James – cello

Thursday 6th June
Thomas Trotter, organ with Celia Craig, oboe and cor anglais

The Festival has become more popular since it began in 2000. It began when Thomas Trotter, the current president, gave a recital at Bledington. Due to the popularity of that day the three day Festival was born.

Many of the artists have appeared globally and the Bledington Festival following welcome their support.
